Determine your personal playing level
You love beach volleyball on vacation, at the beach or in the outdoor pool, but have little or no idea what the basic techniques should look like. What is the narrow game concept? What do sideout and hand signals mean? If you find yourself in this description, then the training for beginners is just right for you - absolutely no previous knowledge is required. We will work on all the basic techniques step by step, practise your ball control and give you lots of input on all the finer points of beach volleyball.
You love beach volleyball on vacation, at the beach or in the outdoor pool and know all the basic techniques. You have ball control when digging and hitting and can play back and forth with a partner a few times. However, the 2x2 game is still difficult. Are you familiar with attacking variations, the approach shot, poke or shot, but have never practiced them before? If you recognize yourself in this description, then the training for slightly advanced players is just right for you. We build on your basic knowledge, consolidate the basic techniques, train the game structure for 2x2 and give you input for further variations.
You are a hobby player, always go to the beach and have perhaps already taken part in a hobby tournament. Do you know all the basic techniques and have solid, but expandable ball control? Do you know beach volleyball-specific terms and techniques such as cut, tomahawk or Husband & Wife Area and have you already used them, but could still improve them? Have you mastered a service from the top, but it is not yet powerful and targeted? If you find yourself in this description, then you've come to the right place for moderately advanced training. We go into detail with the basic techniques to make them even better, practise variations in attack and show you different ways to set up your game.
You are a hobby player, play beach tennis regularly and have already taken part in several hobby tournaments. Your basic techniques are good and your game structure is secure. You have mastered different attacking variations and a targeted and powerful service from the top. You know block and defense variations and have already used them. However, all elements could do with some fine-tuning. If you find yourself in this description, you've come to the right place for advanced training. We will develop a solid game structure in difficult conditions (e.g. wind), consolidate attacking variations, learn further service techniques and practice various blocking and defensive tactics.
You have mastered all the basic techniques, have perhaps already played indoor volleyball for a few years and taken part in various tournaments. You are familiar with all beach volleyball-specific tactics and can apply variations in all elements of the game (attack, service, defense). But would you like to make your game even more variable, work on a basic technique in detail, develop special tactics for your team with your partner? If you fit this description, then our training for tournament players is the right place for you. We define your wishes in advance and work on very specific topics, e.g. playing in windy conditions, opponent-related defense and blocking tactics, attacking under pressure, or jumping service.
